The moment I read about mpreg, I started to gag.

I know this place is a sanctuary for fanfics. Where fans can post their fantasies about their bias or their ultimate couple ultimate bias or whatever it is that I don’t know what it was call.

I also know that this place has hell thousands of fics about alternate universe, aliens, werewolf, vamp, zombie, and of course and yuri genre.

It’s just my brain couldn’t accept it when I read a story that tells relationship between two guys, and suddenly boooommm!! The other guy got pregnant!!

This is not funny anymore. I was just reading a story and of course a story since I’m going to mention about mpreg and suddenly it was mentioned that the other character had to have a pregnancy test. And he is a guy or a boy. And I was like what? And I almost puke at the moment! Seriously it was just a reflex situation. The moment my head register that the guy character is going to get pregnant, my vomit button was automatically activated.

I think I would rather accept if the character is a hermaphrodite (someone who has two s, man and woman). But when he is being a pure guy to the core, I just couldn’t brain where the baby is going to be during the pregnancy?

Ohhh… I’m going to lament for a while…

I just wanna add. I read a woogyu fiction before where gyu is a gumiho and namu is just a normal human. And I was kinda okay when they suddenly had children because the author explained why. In the fic, gyu made their offspring by mixing both their souls and after that split into two or something like that.

And there was another fic that I read where gyu being the fourth wife or something like that and he also got pregnant and the author explain throughout the story how the pregnancy happened.

 And I just somehow can accept that since it had explaination.

Moreover, it’s just that now gay couples nowadays went for adoption or surrogate mothers if they want to have offspring or their own since they technically couldn’t give birth.

So I guess if the story goes like that, maybe I can accept it.

Maybe you guys could say that “it’s an alternate universe, female and male can get pregnant so let’s just go along with it”. I might need to take another ten years to absorb that information as something normal.

As for the explaination, I just need some explaination about something. You know, anything. Just explain it why the mpreg happens? Other wise, I can only see the other character who got pregnant as a woman, not more than that. Or maybe he is a hermaphrodite but the author just did not mention it. It was so I could make peace with my mind.

Yeah I admit some mpreg fics are good. I couldn’t deny that. It just when I read halfway of the fics and found out that the male character got pregnant without proper reason explain, my interest died down. And it is so sad. I couldn’t control it.

Sorry guys if what I said might offend you. It’s just right now I’m build this way. Maybe I can change my stand later. But I might need some time, some really long time I guess.
