1. worth bragging?

 

so i was checking out a fic...because someone said it was so good...

and naturally my curiosity made me checked out the comment section first...

and someone was saying about how they've read thousands of fics but doesn't really comment but now that this fic is so good they felt the need to comment.

that, stopped me.

that's not the first time i've encountered such comment btw.

do fanfics only worth your oh so expensive comment when they're THAT good?

so...you have time to spent reading and finishing fics that aren't THAT good without having to pay anything to read all those efforts from the writers...but they're not worth spending a couple seconds to comment...

but only the premium quality fics deserve your oh so godly comment?

(not even halfquarter as analytical as my comments when i loooveee a story so much)

does leaving a comment on a fic when you usually don't...really something worth bragging...in a community where people  who provide the writings get distressed and dispirited every single day because their time and effort spent on writing for free go completely unappreciated by these highly beings who feels only top quality fics deserve their (not that top quality) comments...?

there are readers here who really have skyhigh expectations for quality when they get all these for free...and guess what...there are novels sold for money that have crap quality too...a lot.

but strangely...when you go to popular stuffs/writers...even when they write craps...they're still worshipped...hmm...isn't that more or less how we treat everything? even in kpop....expectations are always higher for the nugus/unpopular ones...while standard are always dropped to freakin low when it's opparunnir...

but is this really something worth to be bragged about? i'd be embarrassed/feel guilty...n try to hide it if i were them...

to me..it's not that hard an equation...

if you're able to read the whole thing...or you want to keep reading it...then it definitely is worth your comment.

i'm only hesitant to leave comment when i read something, didn't feel like continuing...because i feel i might be giving some false hopes to the writer...even when i really want to leave a comment...to cheer them up...

anyway, i know this isn't the right thing to feel too...but it's how i feel...you don't dictate the rights and wrongs for people's feelings...but seeing the comment kinda turned me off from checking out the oh so worthy fic...my brain telling me maybe there's something good to be read, and that it's not fair to 'punish' the fic for the comment i saw...but my heart was singing me lullabies to overwrite my 'rational' mind...i might want to look for some 'unworthy' fics instead...haa.

anyway...negativity aside.....we should end this in positive note...which brings me to...

yes...you got it right....VAV!

hahahaha....no my phase isn't quite done yet...

today, our VAV lesson...is getting to know their personalities...a little. from random vids.

Before that...stalking their instagram today made me realize two things...

1. Ayno also can use English quite well but doesn't...normally...but...he used english today bcuz he's posting about Ace(who always have english captions in his posts...unless it's Ace using Ayno's account but really...seeing how much Ayno seems to adore Ace...i can believe it's him.)

2. Jacob...he's the Chinese member...but his captions are always in Korean...why does that impress me? lol.

^ i swear Ziu's aegyo is the scariest thing ever. you can see even s were totally creeped out but he really makes a lot of effort to be entertaining and i really appreciate that. Baron and Ayno were so good at games..and maybe so competitive too. Ace was good at directing attention towards other members n diverting it from himself. poor St Van, Lou and Jacob though. 

 

while i don't fit in their ideal types except a small chances of fit for Jacob's n St.Van's which i don't really believe...cuz the main requirement has to be 'pretty/dropdeadgorgeous'...lol...i find this entertaining too. Lou's ideal type is the hardest. and Ziu's ideal type actually isn't that strange/vain in reality...i feel like...people are drawn towards those who look like themselves...maybe narcissism/vanity is really a trait ingrained in humans unconsciously...and only people who have deeper n honest awareness of themselves ended up the ones called 'vain'...i've seen quite a number of people who married their own lookalike...though they might/might not be aware of it. ok but that's not my focus...the love triangle is killing me with excitement! lmao....okay did i just creep you out just now? be thankful i refrained from using caps...first of all...when Baron said his ideal is someone with pretty eyes and then Lou went on to say 'someone like Ace?'...i was so baffled when Ace and Baron went on thanking Lou...like for what? for being their shipper?....lmao. and then Ayno straight up confessing his ideal type is Ace....and i went dead. i mean guyz...don't you think this is too much for me to handle? i can't help feeling Baron n Ayno are jealous of each other when they're showing affection for Ace. like...everyone wants Ace?...and that guy is just oblivious and happily accepting all the love arrows shot at him. Ayno is not a member i even liked in the beginning...i quickly noticed how popular he was and how all comments just talk about him just cuz he was from some other group's reality show or sth(Monsta X i think...? i didn't watch but saw the mention...correct me if i'm wrong)...it annoyed me that ppl only bothered about him n not even for any reason related to how he's in VAV...but his previous fame...but i can't dislike him when he's such a bright n cheerful cute presence and not afraid to show his love for his hyung straight up like that, and when he call Jacob as Cobbie...and everyone went like 'whoooo????' ...like...why is this kid so cute?. even from watching their MVs i can tell how it'd be perfectly rational for him to win the hearts of fangirls...it just made me a lil sour when he got all the loud support n love not cuz of how he showed himself in VAV...but bcuz of their previous fondness of him from his past group...a shame really.

 

^ nothing much happened here...but if you're going to watch the next videos...better start with this one...they're just playing games in order to get to eat their food that really look too little even as snacks for seven people...cmon...this is cruel....T^T...

 

^ they asked Baron if he's still playing since he already won food for first game and he said of course he should continue, and then St. Van: then someone won't get to eat. Baron: Exactly (while smiling angelicly to the camera)...he's so evil you gotta love him...wait...this doesn't sound right...thjbfhgfb...

 

^ at the start when Baron commented abt how kind Ace is...i died a little inside /shipping mode/...haha...and Ayno is so out of it...he must be really hungry that he probly got annoyed to have to wait n play all the games just to eat...when Baron offered his food to anyone who shows talent though...and they're egging for Ziu to do something but Ziu refused...but when Ayno went on saying Baron is handsome and he simply got the food so Ziu wanted to do the same thing...Baron: it already ended. hahaha...served you right...xD he should've tried getting some food from St.Van...

 

oh man...Cobbie got free win...by just not being picked by anyone in the game...i feel like they're trying to not give a hard time to Cobbie who probly got confused a lot at the Korean games...since they keep explaining the games to him...and he simply picked a drink and left the rest...and they had to ask him choose for them n when there's one drink they brought up...and Cobbie asked if it's a bad drink bcuz of their reactions...n they(especially Ziu) quickly tried to convince him it's good...he immediately gave it to Ziu...lmao...hahaha...saying he gave him the most delicious one...i know Cobbie has evilness in him too-him,Baron and maybe Ziu-evil team? idk...lmao....and as you can see while they're playing game...Lou is smart enough to quietly act cute to St.Van and tadaa he got some food...i love how Baron still want to keep playing all games even after winning two foods...and everytime they ask him if he still want to play, he said of course while giving evil smile to the camera...and i love when Baron wanted to share his food and wondered about how to make his eating experince fun...and Ayno let go of his pride to ask for it, saying if he give his food to him it'd be the most fun, and Baron readily gave it, saying he's giving his food to Ayno for the fun of it. these two really give me love-hate/frenemy vibe that's quite...interesting...i guess from how they fight for Ace...i might just end up shipping them both instead omg...and it's also interesting that Baron is often like the devil and Ace is like the angel...and it seemed they're one of the ships...interesting dynamics. but really...why aren't they trying to get food from St.Van...i'm sure it'd be easier...wouldn't it? aish...maybe they did...i should watch the complete video...

 

^ aaaaahhh...Ace and Baron...is Ace making clear of his choice or what? i'm confused guys...when they're chanting those two to kiss...notice Ayno was the only one who said nothing...? someone's really jealous here...and Ziu took the situation/atmosphere to try take advantage of poor Lou who's terrified at the advance. and St.Van's showing jealousy. and of course, Cobbie just quietly enjoying the idiots' antics.

 

^ now Ziu too? does Ace really have lots of love to give or is he just a notorious flirt/player? 

 

this though. man...sorry to say but VAV ain't got nothin' on PUREBOY. they acted all too innocent...cmon Ziu...seriously? poor Lou though had to hold that paper for so long...whut u waiting for Cobbie?...Ace got saved the first round...but the second round...surprisingly...it went smoothly for everyone...and of course someone had to be jealous bcuz they're not the one being next to Ace...the war for this guy is real...lol.

 

^ okay why am i not surprised to see Cobbie choosing himself as the visual...lmao....he does seem to have that kinda personality...haha... i dont blame him though... he fits well to be a visual. Ziu is so desperate lol when he kept nudging Baron to choose him since Baron mentioned his choice is next to him. Ziu saying he chose Ace (bcuz Ace chose him) but then saying forreal it's himself tho...lmao. Ace is really so nice and always have something nice to say about everyone n small caring gestures to everyone...i can see why they all are fighting for him. wait...what am i saying...lmao...i'm a lil sad Baron got no votes...bcuz whenever i watch their MV...i always thought he's the visual bcuz he's just visual...and how St.Van just stopped them in the middle of talking to ask them to sing birthday song for fan who commented asking for them to sing for their bday...(they did this in another vid too...lmao) fanservice top priority.
