I am legit fuming right now. Its almost midnight and I really want to ing scream and rage, but others have to sleep because of work. I am trying so hard to bottle it all in right now.

Alright, so.

I explained to you all how I almost got kicked out of school last semester because of my GPA. Well, while I was waiting for the final results. I had to cancel my housing in case I did get kicked out because within the week, if I did, I would have had to break the contract and the deadline was at the end of the week. So I cancelled it with a 0$ fee because if I waited another week, I would have had to pay a $200 fee for breaking the contract.

Well, obviously I can stay.

I've been trying to get another house for over two weeks now.

I called TWICE two weeks ago because I wasnt getting anywhere because the housing portal kept saying I was 'ineligible' to stay in those housing communities which is ing odd because the house I was looking at was ON THE SAME STREET I LIVED ON LAST YEAR. 

So, I called housing. The first guy told me to email some dude because 'he didnt know what was wrong' even after explaining to him my situation.

"Yes, Im an upperclassmen" "No, Im a junior" "Yes. I stayed in Ventana last semester"

He told me to email some housing dude because it was probably an error with the system.

Emailed him and about 3 days later, he replied asking for my ID #. So, I gave it to him- HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE.

I called again after that and got some lady who told me that the housing self selection was turned off and that I had to email the housing, explain my situation, and they would automatically place me in avaiable housing. 

So I did. I explained the housing I needed, my academic year, the room I desired and the problem I was facing with the housing portal

THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO.

I finally, JUST NOW, I got email back.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS SAYS?!!?

It's basically telling me that I need to look into spaces in NRH (North Residence Hall) for any available spaces for non-freshman.

Well for one, I CANT STAY THERE. Reason 1, Its a sophomore dorm and Im not a sophomore. Reason 2, IM OVER THE AGE OF 21. I was told the moment that I transferred to the school that the NRH was out of the question because of my age. LIKE, DID YOU ALL NOT ING READ WHAT I ING WROTE?! 

So, I emailed them back.

"No. I'm not a sophomore. I can't live in those. I lived in SDV last year. I need a house, but every time I try to select a house from the portal, it is telling me I am ineligible to live there. I need you to fix this"

20 minutes go by

"Andy, as stated before (THE SASS MAN) our available rooms for non-freshman are located ONLY in our NRH. BLAH BLAH BLAH"

This pisses me off more because they obviously were not comprehending what I was talking about. WHY WOULD I GO BACK TO DORMS WHEN I HAD A HOUSE LAST SEMESTER?! THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY ING SENSE.

Believe me, at this point, I was about to start cursing in my emails.

Once again, I replied "I was told that I was not allowed to stay in the NRH because I am over the age of 21"

Three minutes later

"We apologize for any difficulties in securing a space on campus- it is certainly not our mission to make reserving on campus housing difficult by any means. I will work with our operations team again to determine the best course of action with you. I will get back to you with whatever they determine is best and possible for you considering your request"

SERIOUSLY?!?!

WHY THE DO YOU THINK I WAS SO ADAMENT ABOUT STAYING IN THE UPPERCLASSMEN HOUSES?! BECAUSE I CANT ING STAY AT THE DORMS WITH THE KIDDOS!!!!

, YOU ALL "REVIEWED" MY APPLICATION- DID YALL NOT SEE MY ING AGE?!? 

I SWEAR TO GOD, IF THEY STILL DONT GET ME MY DANG HOUSING, I AM CHANGING CAMPUS FOR THE SEMESTER. 

I DONT PAY 20K A YEAR TO NOT GET A PLACE TO STAY. 

Now before you all jump on my back about "Perhaps theres not anymore houses". My school is on an old military base. The upperclassmen live in the soldiers houses. ITS A ING NEIGHBORHOOD OF HOUSES. 

Look down South. See all the empty grey land? THATS ALL OUR HOUSES. Our campus is the smallest amongst our other campuses. Only a third amount of the students take up the housing. THE ENTIRE BACK HALF OF THE SCHOOL IS EMPTY. THE HOUSES ARE EMPTY. So, they can't tell me they dont have available housing when I know they do because I use to LIVE at the back portion of the school. Im the one who had to park and then haul in the dark because I got the ing heebeejeebees from the darkness.

I am still so livid.

I am not about to spend 1hr30 minutes at 7am driving in traffic to get to class everyday. NU UH.
