I Think About This Every Day

I came across an article tonight that gave me a lot of answers to questions I've always had, that were inspired by space!au's on here bc why not? I never used to be interested in space or the universe and then happened and I realised that I think about it LITERALLY EVERY DAY that there's no way we're alone in the vast expanse of outer space. So I went to a Planetarium in April, and that was REALLY cool. Like seriously, if you ever get the opportunity to go to a Planetarium, do it - even if you don't like space or stuff, because they're seriously so amazing.

So I was recently re-reading a lot of Unnie-Bee's stories (seriously, check her out. She's my favourite author on here! Along with Koreykrypta and like 50 others, but seriously, Unnie-Bee writes some magnificent stuff) and re-read 'Phoenix' (READ IT!), which is set in space on various stations, planets, worlds and ships. And it's really interesting, had me asking a lot of questions about the stuff she mentions, like computers (I sell phones and am a phone geek, but computers are nono) and all sorts. Not gonna lie, she's inspired me to do a lot of research on a lot of different subjects, purely because her own research is flawlessly applied and she just seems like a person who knows a lot in general - 'Phoenix' is one of the reasons I even went to a Planetarium in the first place xD DON'T get me started on 'Unwritten', which is also set on a different planet, which contributed. And 'Exodus' is a whole other story because I'm now literally obsessed with Ancient Egypt and the origins of Monotheism amidst a strong worldwide Polytheist culture (R E A D T H E S E!).

Anyway. My original point - not being alone in the universe and all that. I came across this article and I read it and the whole time, I was like "OH MY GOD I'VE ALWAYS THOUGHT ABOUT THAT!" or "What would happen if ______?" I'll let you guys read it and be the judge, but I think it's very interesting. And now, because of 'Exodus', 'Phoenix' and 'Unwritten', I'm reading a lot about Quantum Theory and the Fermi Paradox.

Fair warning: this is not light reading, guys. But it's the most interesting topics I've ever looked into.

HERE IT IS!

Love,
Lau <3
