Just some thoughts about KaiStal breaking up. Well, I was really happy at first when SM confirmed their relationship. I even thought it was a hoax because it was April Fools Day when the news broke. I did a research. Lol. That’s how much I love them to be together. Sounds mean but they're the ONLY ship and “couple” that I loved. BUT THAT DOESN’T MAKE ME HATE THE OTHERS OKAY? I respect them. There were just times that I didn't care coz they’re not my bias (or basically, I’m not that interested). But then let me repeat. I. RESPECT. THEM.

So here’s the thing.

When the agency confirmed the “break up,” I wasn't surprised anymore. I don’t want to be a hypocrite, though. So I’m going to admit... I was kind of hurt. I was on my “beast mode” because that was the news that I first saw when I woke up at the wrong side of the bed. The two are my ultimate bias! I shipped them even before their dating happened. I shipped them from the very start. OH PLEASE THEY ARE PERFECT TOGETHER. Their “relationship” confirmation kinda inspired me to continue some of the stories I made. Hehe.

But then as time passed by, I realized that something wasn’t right. That I might have been gullible about the “good news”. Even before they broke up. Even before other s-hits were announced. There were already random thoughts that formed in my head.

I was thinking that maybe SM was just playing dirty all along. Let’s admit that sometimes their system strategy are f-ucked up.

If you’d try to go back in 2014... Kris left the group (May) and then Baekhyun and Taeyeon a.k.a. BaekYeon (June or July) happened. And even before this, we knew how much Baekhyun was fond of SNSD! And yes, he liked Taeyeon as sunbae. Of course, shippers responded in a positive way. SM be like: “AHA!” But... didn’t get a lot of support than expected. So... that was the time when the ratings of EXO went down. Too bad. Baekhyun even lost approximately a million of followers on IG. The group suffered, and it was a relief when the issue subsided. Wondering why? About a month after the confirmation of BaekYeon, Red Velvet debuted (August). September, Jessica was kicked out from SNSD. October, Luhan left. Tragic.

Earlier in 2015, after EXO’s Call Me Baby comeback, Tao went hiatus that’s why he couldn’t perform during the promotions. EXO kept mum about this. Their only excuse, if asked, was Tao's health. Rumors of him leaving EXO spread like wildfire. Fans went crazy especially when Tao’s dad made a statement. And just like what’s forseen... August, Tao filed a lawsuit against SM. It was also August when Sulli officially left her band, f(x). September, Jessica terminated her contract with SM Ent. This also caused the rapid decrease of SM’s ratings. The agency itself. I guess all of us (if not, then some of us), are aware of that. Jessica was one of SM’s assets. Sooner (September), BaekYeon broke up. Why? Because they knew that EXO’s rating would rapidly go down again because of Tao’s departure, that's why they had to do something. They’ve already lost a lot from Jessica and they couldn’t afford losing more, especially that EXO, was already considered a “legend” that time. Since BaekYeon received a lot of hate... why not use this? October, f(x) being a four-member group, had 4 Walls as their comeback. Nice timing. A round of applause for them, please. Lol.

Now, let’s jump to 2016. KaiStal was dating. That was April. Correct me if I’m wrong. EXO’s 4th Anniversary. KrisHan’s final plea against SM. Seemed like a cover up, was it? SM might have done this on purpose. Why? Because NCT was debuting and they were trying to divert the attention of the fans to the newly debuted group.

Lastly on 2017, Kai and Krystal broke up which was immediately confirmed by SM with a one liner statement. Dude, EXO is having a comeback this June, sooner or later. Actually, fans are looking forward to another album launching. EXO'rDIUM has came to and end on May 28. FINE. A lot of support was given to the power couple (KaiStal) but still, a lot of people also quit the fandom. EXO HAS TO RISE UP! EXO might be better if none of the members are involved with dating issues. There has to be something new about them. So there was this split. Actually, even before June 1, I’ve seen a post that looked exactly as how the news from a site (won’t mention it anymore), that “Kai and Krystal reported to have broken up after 13 months of dating.” Guess when I saw that? 31st of March, just even before KaiStal’s first “anniversary.” Some of the sources (an “insider”, as always. Whew.) back then (2016), said that before the news was announced, the two have already been dating for four months already. Let’s count backwards. Let’s say it was January when KaiStal started dating (4mos. before announcement). Does this mean that by February 2017, they already have broken up? Why not announce it earlier? Why didn’t that issue leak? Why too late? Quite impossible for the agency not to be informed about their personal lives. Considering that they’re good “manipulators.” Sorry but I couldn’t find a more appropriate term. I meant no offense. Lol. Going back... Inconsistencies, baby. So because of these, I thought SM might just be messing with us. They have all the power to do so, so why not?

Who knows what’s happening behind those cameras?

Some people have the same opinion as mine who created polls and threads online got their posts deleted because of this. Seems fishy. Lol.

Did BaekYeon really happen? Did KaiStal really happen? If they did (or still do), DID. THEY. REALLY. BREAK. UP?

Other examples (not quite related but also happened in 2015):
- May: Tiffany and Nichkhun’s break up.
- August: Yoona and Lee Seung Gi’ break up.
- August a few days (or a week) after confirmation of Yoona and Lee Sueng Gi’s break up: SNSD having Lion Heart as their comeback. 
- September was Jessica’s permanent contract termination. After that, there were no comeback for SNSD for almost year. The next song produced was made only for their 9th anniversary.

I’m not a hater of SM. They created the groups that I love (SNSD, EXO, f(x)). I just hate the way they treat their artists. Business is business. Money over anything. Let’s kind of insert here the comparison between EXO and BTS. What do you think? ;-)

Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Does any of these make sense? Is it just me? Or... well. I’m just stating my opinion. I’m not saying that what I’ve said above are true. Let me reiterate that these are just random thoughts. I’m not trying to destroy SM’s image. NO OFFENSE MEANT. I’m not asking you to believe me, either. I'm not claiming anything! Just making a stand. :--)

Anyway, I still ship KaiStal and I still and will always support them. Let’s respect their personal lives. It’s quite disappointing seeing “fans” celebrate this kind of news about their idols. Like what the actual f-uck? Seriously?!?! OPPA WILL NEVER NOTICE US SO F-UCK OFF. Let’s accept that instead of spreading hate. Dude, real or fake, their personal lives are surely affected.

P.S. If this is really one of SM’s Marketing Strategy, then we all should expect news bigger thank EXO’s comeback or album, such as a disbandment of a band that has been inactive for two years now. Or an artist leaving the agency to follow her sister since the band she belongs to is freaking inactive for I don’t know what the reason is. Maybe they just used the relationship thing and the break up, to give enough excuse that there will be no longer a reason for her to stay. I HOPE THIS WON’T HAPPEN BECAUSE IF IT DOES, I WON’T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT SM CONFIRMS FROM NOW ON. (Though I'm actually starting to doubt them, but yes.)
