I just happened to finish a dark chapter for my on-going fic. And you know... it kinda made me feel like it's too much dark and emo and too, uhmmm, I don't know... too much scary, I think?

That's actually what I felt while I was writing it... It's kind of too sad thinking one of the characters experienced it... Yeah, it kinda gets my mood down every time I try to reread what I wrote.

I'm thinking of changing the tone of the chapter and lighten it up a little. But, the darkness... it's like... a guilty pleasure for me. It feels like it's necessary for the story yet, too much uhhmmm unacceptable that's it's happening to the character?

Haha. Yes, yes. I know I'm weird and I'm not making any sense now.
