I'm writing this to let you all know of an issue that has arisen of late. Many of you may not be aware of this but my story All I Know was recently, in my opinion, plagiarized. Complaints have been filed with AFF which are pending. Thank you to those who brought this to my attention and acted on it accordingly. I urge you all to be vigilant in the future and be aware of any plot lines that look suspiciously like another story that you have read. This may not be coincidental. As a community, we need to stick together. I know that a lot of my readers are authors themselves and would not want this to happen to a story that they worked hard to create. Those of you who are readers, enjoying the fruits of the authors labors... which they do in their spare time at no fee... please also take care to notice if the story you're reading is too familiar. I have always tried to be accommodating to anyone who has asked me to write them a specific idea they had in mind as long as I felt it was in my wheelhouse and in my comfort zone. I have never asked for any favors from my readers in return. I'm asking now that you please be discerning and take notice of any transgressions that might occur from any authors. All it takes is a private message to the original author to set the wheels in motion. Thank you so much for your kind attention.
