alright, so one way or another I became a movie addict this year, and since I watched a lot, I thought I'd recommend some which I thought were good.

although the title says 'romance movies', some of the mentioned below are more than that. They hold a deeper meaning. so anyway, here's a list with random Rom movies.

1/Keith

it baffles me how underrated this movie is. It was really beautiful, I rewatched it a second time today, still think it's a great movie.

2/ 17 again (chinese version)

this movie surprised me by how good it was. I had low expectations for it but was truly amazed by the message delivered in this movie. I heavily recommend it to art lovers in particular, and those looking for a feel-good type of movies.

3/ our times (taiwanese)

a lot of you may already be familiar with this movie, but for those who haven't seen it, GO SEE IT. again, I had low expectations for this one too, when it blew up last year, my doubts only increased, but, although the story may sound cliché, it still somehow manages to lay its own uniqueness.

4/ The edge of seventeen

I made a blog post about how this movie was beautiful before. go check it, honestly, it's really good.

5/La La Land

GO WATCH IT. That's it. That's all I' going to say. The soundtracks are a killer, the chemistry between Ryan and Emma is so precious, the cinematography won me over. Basically, the movie does live up to its hype, to me at least, it wasn't a disappointment.

6/My rainy days

I remember watching this a long time ago, but I do remember that it was great too!

7/ A walk to remember

This one's a classic, and my fav out of Nicholas sparks's novels.

8/ Starstruck

A good old disney movie that I never seem to get tired of.

9/ the DUFF

it's nothing like the book, but it's still fun. I personally enjoyed this adaptation and I didn't mind the changes.

10/ The perks of being a wallflower

PREPARE TISSUES. THAT S ALL IM SAYING.

11/ Pride & Prejudice

MY ALL TIME FAVORITE, I NEVER GET SICK OF THIS MOVIE <3 (Keira was so stunning in this)
