I can feel my heart beating out of my chest

Thumping loudly like it wants to escape 

Pounding, drumming creating a great pressure

The sound it makes is a bit rough

Inhaling and exhaling deeply

But the pace won't stop

Man, this is tough

It's getting louder and heavier

As i feel my insides churn.

Let me breath peacefully

Pushing, pulling and I'm Sweating, feeling burn.

Tapping my frail fingers to loosen up

as the defeaning and haunting beats remained

Closing my tired, swollen eyes

Counting one to hundred

Tensions seems to subside

Thought it's leaving me be.

Miscalculated and underestimated it's capability

Never thought bluff is its ability.
