How to stay calm in PMS when you are working?

Hey I'm back.

 

I missed AFF and how everyone is caring towards each other despite we never see each other in real world. Haha

 

Oh btw, I just wanna ask if any on you have tips to stay calm when you are in PMS when you are working? I mean back in uni, classes are not straight 4hours so there are gaps for you to actually calm down and put yourself together. And in university, you also had a lot of friends so you can chitchat and boom you are fine.

 

Haha while working especially in office environment, you have to stay in office kinda 8hours straight (for my case. haha) and I just burst into tears because.

A.the prog that I want to go on Sunday, and suddenly Im on waiting list

B. my friend just burst out on me becuz the msg I sent ws late so it sounds like I dgaf about her. somehow misccomunication

C. my sv show me something and I ask for further explanation and he refuse to explain.

D. my only friend in office have gone to unpaid leave for a week starting today, so yeah feeling abit on loner side.

 

So, any tips? I have like 8 more hours to be calm and productive and I seriously dont think I can even fake either feel. SOS.

God I feel you right now because I am in the same position lol. But generally what works for me is to take a pill and then completely ignore it and hope the pain and discomfort goes away xD

Drink hot beverage , change fron time to time to feel comfortable , listen to some music , eat some chocolate

Dengar muzik je I recommend Pokemon BGM (ESPECIALLY RUSTBORO CITY I LOVE THAT SO MUCH)

I got you girl! I had 12 hour shifts once upon a time xD
What I like to do is 'change' first so I feel more comfortable.
I have a neck pillow which makes me feel relaxed.
When I feel antsy I have a warm drink with me and I like to have music playing!
I'm not sure if it'll work for you but these are the things I do to feel a bit more relaxed and no in such an agitated mood!
