Omg, i can't believe that she is such a person until she did it on me.
I have tried to understand that she is a very slow learner and i tried to explain to her whenever she ask the same question even though i am very busy with my own work (P.S: even though when i answer her my attitude is not very good). And when issue comes, she pushes all the blame to me and told people that i didn't teach her at all, and she say that i know everything but i didn't teach her.
I have taught her on what to do by following the steps on the screenshot and i never tried doing the live version before, and she is the one that say that the file being pulled out is wrong, as there will be issues using her own payroll perspective, i was like ok since you said in that way and i don't have any payroll experience, you do whatever you want but in the end, due to her own "payroll perspective" it become a big issue as raw file should be untouched. And she does the whole process so last minute that everything was in a rush.
So when people questions her where went wrong, she blames it on me that i didn't teach.
Wtf, i am super pissed off with this kind of person, since she say that i didn't teach her, from now onwards, i will not teach her anything, and i will just say i forget or i don't know and smile at her just like when she taught the other colleague about payroll, and when my other colleague make mistakes on payroll just because she didn't teach her, she also say it's not her fault.

I tried to be tolerance towards her questions raised to me, something even fresh graduates won't ask that kind of questions and i can't believe that she is older than me. I don't know if she understand how to read english, even in email, she also don't understand what people is asking her to do and even letter she can ask me what she needs to do, doesn't the letter states on what they want from us.Can that person be more mature and take responsibility on her work instead of taking care of her own pride. 

Just in case anyone read my blog, sorry for ranting, i just can't believe that i have met this kind of people in working society.
