It's Halloween weekend which means many of you will be going around at night so I just want to make sure I get this message out.

It's always a risk to put yourself out there on Halloween but with the recent clown activity, I'm worried about everyone going out in general.  So don't be that person that's going to troll everyone by dressing up as a clown and don't let your friends do that either because it's not funny.  Not even in the slightest.

Be safe.

Travel in packs.

Carry pepper spray.
