Ok I don't know if this is really new but I just found out LOL

If you set a picture on set Avatar (which is located under you profile picture) the picture will also show up next to you comments, when you comment on someone fic, on their wall, or blog you pic is net to your comment. Not something thats reall big new but I think it's a coll feature. I don't think a lot of people know this or else I'd see it more when I read peoples comments.

So you can "Set an avatar to display in comments and other sections. You also have the option to remove your avatar from all sections other than your profile."
