I think it's been the best part of a year since I last left a blog post.  Whoops.

Anyway, now that the summer holidays are over, I don't have much time on my hands... not that I had much time on my hands anyway (but now I have even less), and I thought I'd let you all know where things are at.

Fics

I just want to assure everybody that every fic I have started will be finished.  I will not be discontinuing anything.  Updates may be sporadic or take a few weeks to come, but they will come.

Attayear (Baekhyun x OC) is now finished.  It's part of the Olympus writing contest.  I am contemplating (though it is not set in stone and I may well not have time) doing a fluffy one-shot spin-off for Christmas.  Not guaranteed.

Blood Bound (Kai; TBBC spin-off) should have an update either late this month or early next month.  All my ongoing fics have suffered from memory stick loss/computer changes/hard drive blowouts, which has set me back in the writing process.

Blood Sister (TBBC sequel) will be my main updating priority until it's finished, which hopefully won't be too many chapters away (I can't say for certain yet, but I'm anticipating somewhere around 10-15 chapter maximum).  I can't guarantee more than one update per month, but I will do my best to ensure that there is an update a month.

Deer Luhan, With Love (Sehun x OC) and the spin-off Letters from Luhan have both completed for quite a while and I don't envisage anything else happening in that AU.

On Ebb (Chen x OC) was recently updated and will have another update on September 21st.  I can't guarantee completely regular updates for it, but I'll try to make sure there isn't a gap of months and months and months again.

Rogue (D.O. x OC) has just had three updates and will have another update this month.  Once Blood Sister is finished, it will be my main updating priority.  I'm also going to be putting up a character list and a quick three-point-per-chapter synopsis that people can refer to (probably as blog posts).

The Blood Brother Code (Xiumin x OC) has been completed for ages and won't be added to as everything else in that AU is being covered by Blood Sister and Blood Bound.

One or two people have been asking about future projects.  For the forseeable future, I don't think I'll be taking on anything new (at least until I have no more than two ongoing fics and more time on my hands), but if it comes to the point where I take more on, it will probably be a Lay fic, followed by a Chanyeol or a Suho fic.

Reading/Recs List

My recs list will have updates (I want to do some revamping to the coding for, e.g., the masterlist and stuff) – at the moment, I am sorting out the recs for the contest winners, and also my reading list, which is far too long.  Around Christmas time, it is possible that it will go under a surgical cut to remove any ongoing fics that haven't been updated for about eighteen months and any fics that are no longer available.  The opportunity to recommend fics is currently closed but I may reopen it when my reading list is shorter for specific member x OC pairings which are a bit thin on the ground.  The opportunity to recommend for chronically short-changed-when-it-comes-to-fics members will be opening up fairly soon, though.

Writing Contests

I want to thank everybody who's participated in the Tender Rose writing contest!  The final list of winners will be up by the end of the week with various prizes to follow.

I've also recently launched the First Frost writing challenge.  I won't say much about it here, so go check it out!
