Weight Loss Tips?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone had any really good weight loss tips because I'm currently trying to lose at least 10 pounds. Don't get me wrong, I love my body, but since I love it I know i should take good care of it and the fact that I'm over weight could severely affect my future considering  the fact that Type 2 Diabetes runs rampant in my family, so if you have any tips that help with losing weight that would help a lot! Thanks!

Drink LOTS of water and eat 5 small meals a day! ( like to start eating at 10 a.m. and then eat every other hour so 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and so n) and have your last meal at at 6 pm. Before you being eating at 10 am, drink a glass of water (best if lemon is added) so that your digestive system will begin to work early. DON'T EAT AFTER 7 PM!! You will see quicker results that way. Make sure to do a variety of exercises (do yoga, strength training, zumba, cardio, etc) so that your body doesn't get used to ding the same movements. I usually start my exercises at 8 pm so that I can have a nice shower and sleep well. If you ever get hungry at night, eat a small healthy snack like an apple or strawberries (btw, if you are eating an apple that you're sure is NOT completely organic, it's best to cut the skin off). Eat fruits and veggies with every meal (except breakfast, if you want). Only eat whole grain bread. Whole wheat is just as bad as white bread. Only eat brown rice and brown sugar as well. Steam your veggies, don't boil them. Wash your fruits. Choose darker greens over lighter greens (i.e. spinach over lettuce). Only drink water and tea, no sodas, no juices (you'll know you're drinking enough water if your urine is a light yellow to clear color). Stay away from processed meats like chicken nuggets and don't eat too much beef and pork. Chicken and turkey are much better for you. It's better to boil eggs instead of frying them. If you want help with exercise, I recommend Blogilates, she does a very great job on YouTube and she makes exercise fun :D

I think i gave you a bit much XD doing this will definitely take care of more than 10 pounds. But good luck!

No fried or processed food.
More veggies with chicken.
MOre water.
Eat little amount, more times like have 5-6 small meals a day.
It's better to avoid eating after 6pm.
This is what I do, when I go on a diet. Because I hate exercising and starving haha
It's pretty healthy and you can see the difference within a week.
Good luck XD

Don't eat food (especially carbs) after 5 or 6pm! It's really easy to gain fat if you eat late at night, so make sure to eat dinner early! Try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise (I think? Because after 30min you actually start burning fat, rather than muscle) at least 3 times a week. Eat healthy! It's better to eat several small meals a day than three huge meals! Good luck! As long as you live healthily and make sure not to eat too many calories a day, you should start to lose weight naturally and healthily. :D

I recommend eating balanced portions of food each two hours. Example: at 8:00 am you ate a banana and some cereal (it should be light because big portions of food will take longer to digest), so at 10:00 am you eat a sándwich with juice. Drink a lot of water too, and exercises are recommended too (jogging will do).
I hope you don't get diabetes D:

Definitely eat more protein and less carbs! It's hard, especially if you're a carb lover like me (*sigh* bread ><), but that's really the key.

Hello. So first of all I really want to say don't get too stress or obsess over it, take it slow and steadily. Because once you fall into that trap, it will be hard to get out. Start by jogging every/ or every other morning for 10 min and add 5 min every week until 45 min. That same week do 10 leg lifts, 10 sit ups, and 10 seconds of plank and every week add 5 more until 45 except the plank. And after the second week, start to deduct and change up the way you eat into healthy meals. Don't do it to extreme like one meal or day. For example eat cereal for breakfast, your normal lunch, eat a fruit, a smaller dinner, and then another healthy snack. That way you actually don't eat less but more. Just try to stay away from sodas, fast foods, and stuff like that. Anyway, work hard and you can do it. It's going to take a while but don't stress too much.
