I never outright judged him because I reserve my opinion on these things, and I still want to be careful to make a judgement on anything.
However, there's something about this article that still rubs me the wrong way. "because there was no violence or threatening involved".
That, to me, is not what qualifies whether or not something is a . Consent or lack of consent does.
It doesn't have to be violent.

I doubt anyone who bashed him will apologise. It is a very frustrating situation not only for Yoochun, but also for his family and JYJ. I think it's unfair to judge people in the media, because no matter if you are cleared, people will never look at you the same way again.
