When your exam paper isn't considered...

Today, I got my marks for the re-tests I had applied for and was shocked to see that one of the subjects wasn't even considered.

How can they do that?! Out of 6 subjects, I had appeared for a re-test for 3 subjects but today, when I see the results, I see that only 2 subjects have been considered. And the subject that wasn't considered was Maths! I had worked hard for a month preparing for only Maths and now I find out that Maths hasn't even been considered for me...

And what's funny? This examination was prepared and corrected by the state government, not the institution. This surprises me the most. How can they do such a mistake? I'm pretty sure I would have more 5-6 marks increase if they include Maths.

My previous marks were 423 out of 470. Now, my present marks are 437 out of 470 (are they good? IDK.) But they can become more than 440 if Maths is included and that's the target I presented at my school. If this isn't corrected, I might be pushed down to a lower class, and I don't want that to happen.

And the worst part? I can't complain about it either. As these were re-tests, I can't even appeal for a re-correction. This is like my worst nightmare! What should I do? I don't want to be thrown into the lower sections! *starts wailing loudly*

Ahh that is so bad... how can they make such a big error and not consider maths new marks... you must be feeling so down after preparing so hard. I hope some way can be created for removal of this error... but to be honest 437 aren't that bad, i dont think anyone in their right mind would second you in lower section.
