I know I'm something like 2 weeks late, but honestly I was meaning to get around to this.

BUT HAS ANYONE OF YOU GUYS WATCHED IT!?

to start off, 11x22 straight up annoyed me, like I don't know what else to say lol killing God? like is that a thing? even if you are the Darkness or whatever, it made me almost uncomfortable. I was already second guessing everything the moment they re-introduced Chuck as God (or God as Chuck?), and his personality was so weird... but I was like okay alright. then after they swarmed the Darkness with powerful witchcraft, all the angels in heaven, all the demon power, Lucifer, and GOD, she still had the strength to kill (well, almost) God?

fast forward to the season finale which I was honestly expecting to disappoint me, so I put it off for a couple of days- but I'm too much of an addict of the show to stay away for long

AND THEN THERE WAS SO MUCH HAPPENING

where do I start??? the fact that there are other men of letters on the other side of the world? that sam was "shot" by one of them? that Amara and God are the bestest of friends once again? OR THAT DEAN AND MARY ING WINCHESTER ARE STANDING TOGETHER IN A DARK FOREST, AFTER WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE THE END OF EITHER HIM OR THE WORLD OR BOTH??

God and Amara talk- honestly their whole fight seemed so petty to me from the beginning and I personally think they had too much.. human in them, if you will. but I have to admit I loved the part where Amara says that his creation is beautiful, and that they made up idk it got to me lol

Men of Letters- probably most of the plot for season 12, and I'm not too excited, but I'm very interested to see what that's all about

SAM GETTING SHOT- this scene wasn't even clear on what had happened so I'm not looking too much into it, but the boys never stay dead and I'm expecting a whole Sam for s12 tbh

MARY WINCHESTER- gotta admit, the hardcore destiel shipper in me fleetingly thought how perfect it would be if, when Amara said she wanted to give Dean what he wanted most, she gave him cas~~~~ but I know that's delusional asf and don't tell me you guys didn't see the whole RESURRECTING MARY THING coming the second Amara said that.
BUT LIKE, CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL THE ANGST THAT'S COMING OUR WAY WITH THIS???????? LIKE HOW WILL SAM REACT LIKE HOW WILL THINGS BE LIKE I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I'M ASKING ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS HERE THIS IS A BIG DEAL

and yeah also, we got regular cas back :3 lucifer!cas was hot cool but I was missing that hella deep cas timbre too much lmao

in truth, this is my least favorite of all the season finales and that's saying something. hell, if they would've left out the men of letters business it could've even been a series finale since the world isn't on the verge of destruction for once. but, hey what do I know

I am happy, however, that they didn't try to make up something even grander to fight against, but it also makes me kind of worried for next season bc yeah, men of letters, but what now?
