Playlist Blog #3: KPOP Workout/Running Playlist - Girl Group Edition

Bobbie here, bringing you another freshly-squeezed playlist this week, 100% natural with no added preservatives!

Did you know? Thirty minutes of exercise daily is the key to a happier, healthier you! Aside from helping you shed extra pounds, thirty minutes of exercise a day at least five days a week can improve your mood, give you better quality of sleep, speed up your metabolism, boost your brain power and attention span, and give you overall happiness.

And what's a better way to encourage you to get up and run? That's right, a K-Pop running/workout playlist!

I've put up a 45-minute playlist (it can't hurt to add a few extras, right?) of upbeat, pick-me-up, pump-up songs, girl group edition. Just try not to dance around too much. But hey, dancing still burns calories anyway, so go ahead.
