Can't Sleep ⊙︿⊙

  So I'm pretty much worried because my catechist training will start tomorrow at 8AM, but it's already 2:47 and I still can't sleep. I tried counting carrots, listening to music, drinking milk- everything!

I had huge problems with sleeping because of stress, so I searched for every possible solution. I found couple of them... I will just tell you what helps me.
Try meditation. I thought it's stupid and useless, but even 15 minutes of meditation made me sleep like a child. The most important thing is to empty your mind completely. No thoughts, long breaths, pure blackness. It's worth wasting 15 minutes for meditation instead of rolling in bed for hours.
Another thing is binaural beats. It's kinda controversial tho. Some people don't find it helpful... You can download an app from mobile store with binaural beats... you just have to own good earphones (the internal ones) and listen carefully, thinking only about sounds you hear...
Sometimes it can just not suit with person, so you can try softer things... like there are apps with sounds which can make you fall asleep faster, like bird singing, ocean waves, rain sound, white noise (this is my favorite)...

Don't read, don't listen to music, don't eat (hot milk helps, tho). These things will awake you even more :)

But I think meditation should be enough for you ^^

it's already tomorrow and I'm seeing this late sorry O.O but I hope everything turned out okay... O.o
