Hello,

Can I just say a massive thank you to everyone who commented on my previous post from yesterday. 

Luckily I managed to pick up my paints and I just painted, along with that I watched funny videos with kpop to cheer me up. 

It took me a while but I got myself back where I needed to be, without hurting myself so I am very proud of myself. 

I know I didn't manage to message back many of you who offered to help me out and talk to me, I appriciate you all and I know that if I ever feel like that again I can turn to any of you! So a massive thank you~
