I have read this fic a few years back and now I can't remember the title. So the fic goes like this

Yoochun is visiting Jaejoong's place and it is revealed that Jaejoong is mentally ill and yoochun being his best friend is helping him out. Jaejoong's parents doesn't know about this because Jaejoong fell ill after his break up with Yunho. Yunho and Jaejoong were a couple but their parents made them break up forcefully. Yunho hates Jaejoong for coming under the pressure of parents and breaking up. He doesn't know that the break up has taken a toll on Jaejoong's mental health.

Changmin is Yunho's brother/cousin studying in abroad. When he comes back he goes to meet Jaejoong first and is shocked to see Jaejoong. Jaejoong is wearing a dress and keeps on calling Changmin "oppa". Yoochun comes in time and explains Changmin everything. Changmin tells Yunho everything and then Changmin and Yoosu make a plan to make yunjae meet.

But on that day Jaejoong's mom arrives and it gets difficult for them to take Jaejoong out. Somehow Yunjae meet again and soon Jaejoong is recovered but then the parents come in between again and seperate them. Therefore YunJae decide to run away.
