At first when this was first enforced, it actually said reputation points instead of comment reputation,but since me & a few other didnt really like the idea cuz it'll get abused like the featurin system, he ended up makin a few changin.
plus, sooner or later...there would be fights breakin out bout who got the most rep pnts

The comment rep is when you comment somewhere and people vote the comment, kind of like facebook statuses etc where people can like them or dislike them.
