Losing Weight

Hey guys! I will be updating blog posts about losing weight. I need to lose 30 lbs.

 

I am:

18 yrs old

130 lbs.

5 feet and 4 inches

 

Yes, people say 100 is an unhealthy weight for my height. However, that is my goal and I will work towards that. I am probably known as one of the biggest quitters. I have tried to lose weight since about 5 years ago and have researched it in almost all of my free time, but have never been able to stay on track. Food is one of my biggest enemies. I love food way too much, which isn't a good thing. Currently, I am trying to cut down food.

Boba is probably my favorite drink. I am trying to cut it out of my diet, but not completely, because it is never good to completely cut out something or else you will miss it so much and probably give up your diet and drink only that but even more than before.

Sometime last year I lost 5 lbs. I used to be 125, so I went to 120 lbs. Because I cut out way too many foods, I stopped dieting after not being patient enough. Sure enough, I gained that weight back. After a year, I gained another 5 pounds, so here I am now.

What I am trying to do now is cut down my caloric intake. Sure, it's hard, but you get used to it after a while. Do not cut out foods completely, especially all of a sudden. It is something that needs to happen gradually.

 

Here are things that I am trying to do at the moment:

I am trying to walk at least 10,000 steps a day for at least 5 days per week.

I am trying to cut down at least 200-300 calories per day.

I am drinking more water per day. It is good to drink 2 cups of water when you wake up in the morning a while before eating breakfast.

I am trying not to eat anything 4 hours before I go to sleep.

I am taking more vitamins.

 

If anyone is out there (in Asianfanfics xD    ) who is trying to lose weight, you can follow some of my tips although they may not be great. Best of luck to everyone who is planning to lose weight! <3
