style/appearance — Suah is 166cm and weighs 49kg. She likes wearing dark skinny jeans with chiffon tops. She loves jackets, from lettersman, leather, denim and blazers and often wears them with boot heels. during the summer she loves wearing high waisted shorts with cropped tops. During practice she always wears shorts and pairs it with a plain t-shirt and nikes. she loves knee high boots and boot heels and classy sandals.  She has long naturally black hair that she has yet to dye and doesn't want to.

personality — guarded, judgy, antisocial. confident, passionate, dependable 

Suah doesn't trust people so easily, especially when it comes to guys she could potentially have feelings for. it's super hard for her to get into a serious relationship. she doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve and will never express her emotions, or allow herself to feel something for any guy. Some girls play hard to get, but Suah is genuinely hard to get and if you want her to talk about her feelings, she will never. She is also kind of judgy. Not in a y kind of way but she makes assumptions about people when she first meets them. If she sees a girl wearing provactive clothes she'll instantly think that she is seeking attention from guys and will think that she is looking to bring a guy home. she is pretty antisocial. She is the kind of person that would rather have a few close friends that a lot of friends. She hates having to meet new people and it's totally awkward to leave new people around her because it'll just be super quiet and awkward. she doesn't like socializing with new people and can come off quite cold.

Suah is a confident girl. She is pretty and she knows it. She is confident and charming on stage and isn't one to get nervus on stage. She doesn't just perform, she dominates and she takes over the stage. She doesn't think that she is the best, but she knows that she is talented and confident that it will take her far. She loves to perform and completely passionate about music. There was nothing that she wanted more than to debut and be an idol. She dreamt about it since she was 5 and it's the only thing she has ever wanted. she never did that great in school and she wasn't one for sports, but performing and being on stage is when she is the most happiness. Suah is also someone that is very dependable and will always be there for her close friends. She goes out of her way for them and never thinks that are a burden. If they need someone to talk to and is upset at 2am, Suah will be there. If her friends need a ride somewhere, she will never say no.  she doesn't have so many so the ones that she considers her friends, she'll love them.

background — 

Suah is born and raised in Ilsan, South Korea. She grew up as the only child and her father died in a car accident when she was only 2 years old. She didn't have a chance to know him so she grew up without a real father figure. She grew up singing choir and singing in music festivals in her school. She was often praised for her great vocals and even recieved most likely to be a singer with her amazing vocal skills and her cute look from the students of her school. She had always been a huge fan of Korean Popular Culture. When SNSD debuted she really liked their style and she really looked up to Taeyeon because of her amazing vocal performance. She was able to stand out even in a 9 member girl gruoup. In 2009, she decided that she wanted to try and audition for SM entertainment. She prepared diligently for about 3 months. she took dance classes and practiced singing everyday. She had to have gone through about 5 different songs before deciding on what song would be best to audition with. She impressed the judges with her rendition of Mariah Carey's Hero.

While under SM for 6 years, she trained in vocal, dance, modeling and acting. She never really saw herself as an actress but SM complimented her on her ability to change emotions and express them in a natural way. As a trainee shehad minor roles in some dramas like Heirs, High School Love On and To the Beautiful You. 

She attended Seoul Performing Arts but didn't do that well academically. She only passed because she was always too focused in her training. She does not and have no plans to attend university.  
 

family — 

Mother / Hwang Su Hyun  / TV Producer on SBS  / They are really close. They talk and text a lot. Her mother is pretty nosy but she's a pretty fun and cool mother since she is still pretty young. She always asks about boys and whether Suah likes anyone. She also is totally the type to send Suah and the members gift baskets on special occassions like holidays or debut stage.
Father / Hwang Jin Sung / Deceased he was a distribution manager for a tech company.

friends — 

Best Friend / Joy / Red Velvet Member / They met as trainees under SM Entertainment. Joy was very cute and sweet and a great friend to Suah during the break up. Joy was the girl that Suah went to for a shoulder to cry on. Although Suah is a bit cold and guarded now, Joy knows that real Suah and will always defend Suah if people say that Suah is impolite. She is very protective of Suah especially if she senses that Suah may like someone. "Break her heart and I'll kill you with my own two hands)


Others — 
Ex-Boyfriend / Park Tae Hyun / Yonsei University Student / They dated from 2010-2012. They met while he was working as a bag boy for a local convience store. She was 15 at the time, and  he was older than her by about 2 years. She had always thought he was handsome and would unconsiously go to the store to "bump" into him. She never really had the courage to talk to him, she would just watch him from a far. One day, she and a few of the other trainees went to the store to grab drinks for practice. She went to another aisle to grab snacks but when she went to grab some bread she ended up accidently knocking some cans over causing this huge commotion. He came over and helped her and she was super awkward and was starstruck that he was actually talking to her. She sttuttered a bit and was just looking blankly at him. He pointed out that he saw her around a lot and admitted that he always wanted to talk to her but didn't know what to say. After that they started talking to each other more and flirting and talking to each other on the phone. Their relationship was pretty complicated though. Although they dated, he never asked her to be his girlfriend and she fuond out that he would go and date other girls as well. She would forgive him everytime because he always ended up going back to her. She liked him so much and whenever they were together he would say how she was it for him. They eventually ended their relationship when she caught him kissing another girl in public. She had never seen it with her eyes and that was when she realized that she was done. She was completely heart broken.

WHEN DID THEY FIRST MEET OR WILL MEET? 
 

They met as trainees under SM entertainment. taemin had always thought that Suah was stunning but nothing really happened between them. one day Mid 2015, Suah was practicing late at night and he noticed her struggling a bit with her dancing so he gave her a few tips. They practiced together a bit and then taemin asked if she wanted to grab a late night snack. taemin is flirting and made it pretty clear that he found her attractive. She didn't really put up with his bull but she couldn't deny that she found him attractive and when he performed on stage, he was more than great.

after hanging out a lot, tamin and her went for some drinks. They played fun drinking games like never have i ever and got really drunk. They ended up sleeping together that night. They woke up and taemin said he didn't regret it and Suah had no real commnet. Their relationship turned into a complicated friends with benefits relationship.

WHAT IS THEIR RELATIONSHIP LIKE?
 

taemnlikes to flirt and mess with Suah. He likes to seduce her and see if she will fall for it. Sometimes she doesn't, sometimes she does. He eventually starts gaining feelings for Suah but she pushes him away. They eventually get together but after a long time of convincing from taemin and Joy pushing her to admit her feelings.
