So recently I've been extremely overwhelmed at school. I'm a senior in high school and I'm taking 5 AP courses, which, in hindsight, was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Oh well. Can't do much about it now.

Anyway, I've found that writing really helps me alleviate stress and to get some creative juices flowing for when I'm a spacey, glassy-eyed statue at 3:45 in the afternoon. I decided to write a new fic starring Kai of EXO (Speaking of which, is EXO even okay? I heard Chanyeol collapsed at the MAMAs. And why do they all look so angsty for their Christmas comeback?), and I hope some of you who like EXO will maybe check it out! 

In this fic, my OC, Jung Eunji, is best friends with Baekhyun. Everything's just fine in their lives (aside from Eunji's troubled household) until Baekhyun shows up one night covered in blood. In short, she enlists the help of Kai, an aspiring private investigator, to help her make sure Baekhyun's not a murderer. 

I'm not entirely sure what my update schedule will look like once school resumes after Christmas break, but I'll definitely try to finish the fic before next April. It's long (30-50 chapters?) and I've entered it into Korekrypta's writing contest (x), so if you'd like to check out some of those submissions, that's be awesome, too.
