JK, I'll tell you why I'm so happy.

At MAMA in Hong Kong a few days ago, 2NE1 made a surprise appearance after CL's solo stage and performed their songs "Fire" and "내가 제일 잘 나가"...AND IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER.

I, of course, watched it on YouTube the next day, but HOLY CRAP GUYS, I cried. I saw the video in my subscription box, and I noticed the "2NE1" in the title after CL's songs...I started to cry even before they appeared on screen, because I was anticipating it so much, and when I finally got to see Bommie, I bawled. She's okay. Like, she's really okay. It was so nice to see her eye smile and her signature long legs. I missed her way too much. I continued to sporadically cry throughout the day and the next day...I'm obsessed with her, it's not even funny. I mean, I'm not crazy obsessed with her, but I only wish the best for her, since she's the reason I stayed in Kpop, to see how she does with the group and as a solo artist. After the "drug scandal," I got really upset with how netizens blew it up out of proportion. Bom experienced something traumatic when she was young, and if she needed to go as far as to get a prescription drug to help her with the pain, I don't see the problem. Of course, North American and Asian views on things if very different, so I suppose I can understand the "scandal." Still, it seems like the media coverage made her have to hide from everyone, and that's not okay.

Anyway, I'll end on a good note, and say that I'm glad us fans (Bominators as well as Blackjacks) got to see 2NE1 together again, as four. Last year's Gayo Daejun was not the best way to end the year for this group, so I'm glad they got to come back with a bang. 2NE1 FIGHTING! #theyrebackhome #fourever
