Perhaps more would respond if you are more specific with what you wanted done and put it here ^^ You are paying 500kp and that is a lot already. You can ask for almost anything already haha xD Is it merely adding make-up on your face or would you want to have some elf ears and look elf-like? Do you want a portrait effect or do you want the background changed into a magical land? Or you want composition editing, wherein you and a certain artist are sitting together in a cafe? That way, artists here would be able to gauge whether they are the right person for the job and you have more applicants. Because simply knowing how to use gimp or photoshop doesn't automatically mean knowing how to do reconstructions, transformations, etc. ^^" That's just my suggestion.
