Just Right
Description
In which a girl finds out the hard way that she is just right.
You will find that in life you cannot please everyone. There will always be those who poke fun at your insecurities, question your every move, say things you’d rather not hear twice, and simply dislike you for being you. Unfortunately, those people cannot be avoided; no matter how much you try (Kim Saeyeon, of all people, should know). You can try to run away from such irrelevant critics, but one day you'll learn to accept what you cannot change, their minds. So keep your head up, prop your chin, and stand your ground. Because, in the end, there will always, always be those who find you perfectly fine the way you are. And those are the people who are relevant.
They are the ones who matter. To them, you are… just right.
Too bad it takes Kim Saeyeon awhile to figure this one out. And what a mess it makes.
Foreword
Meet our good girl turned bad. Kim Saeyeon.
The boys who caused it.
The boys who saw through it.
The ones dragged into the middle of it all.
And them.
Prologue.
When Kim Saeyeon turned twelve, she realized just how cruel kids her age could really be.
She was no stranger to being bullied, but this one took the cake.
And as she sat there all by herself with party streamers hanging around her, she told herself that maybe she should have known that something was off when all her classmates accepted her party invitations with eager smiles. It would have saved her from the heart break she received when she discovered that no one was coming to her birthday party. No one showed, not even her own brother, and she didn’t know what hurt her most.
Saeyeon wasn’t oblivious to the fact that she had no friends; she wasn’t oblivious to the stares, snickers, and whispers she received at school, but she was a positive person who was more than willing to give people the benefit of the doubt and believe in the good in them. But after that night, it became crystal clear to her that no one at her school liked her and she couldn’t exactly pinpoint why. When she tried to search for some answers from her oh so popular older brother, Kim Hanbin, Saeyeon really wished she hadn’t stepped anywhere near his door that evening. Some things were better left unknown… and unheard.
Like how she overheard Hanbin wished she wasn’t so embarrassing.
How he wished Saeyeon attended a different school.
How it was Goo Junhoe’s brilliant idea for everyone not to show up to her birthday party.
And… how Hanbin thought it was ing hilarious.
“My life would be so much better if that freak hadn’t become my sister.”
That night, she cried, and Kim Saeyeon seldom cried.
One thing eventually led to another, and that following morning, she was on the next plane to L.A.
No one really knew what happened to Kim Saeyeon, and for five years, no one really cared. Her presence was a nuisance, and now that she was gone…
It was good riddance to the freak everyone hated.
But, haven’t they all heard of a thing called karma?
Kim Saeyeon hears it’s a .
Now seventeen and with a new kind of attitude,
Kim Saeyeon is back and ready to wreak havoc.
"You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. You don't have to do anything to earn it. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success - none of that matters. No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here."

All I have to say is that I was inspired. Remember, you are just right.
Rated for profanity, slight ual content, and more profanity (possible mature content in the future).
WARNING: This story, which is obviously the work of fanfiction, will take you on a wild rollercoaster ride. It'll make you want to open up a pier or perhaps a dock in which you hope ALL your ships safely make it to, only for you to realize that somethings aren't meant to sail. However, this story is more than just a romantic comedy, high school-centered fanfic. If anything, this story is about growth, individual growth. You'll laugh, maybe even cry, and despite the emotional stress it'll hopefully give you, I hope you enjoy Just Right.
This is obvious, but please don't plagiarize.
Credits to the amazing ASPHYXY at Beauty Lies Within Graphics for the oh so beautiful cover.
