The Beginning

It’s been several years now. I can’t really tell how fast time passed by. We debuted as JYJ, we brought out our new music and we tried to stay strong for our fans. Even if we are banned from broadcasting, nothing can stop us. Yoochun’s acting carrier went well. Junsu’s musicals also do well. I heard that he acted as L in the musical Death Note. They both did a good job. Me too.

I’m in military base now. I can’t tell what’s going to happen here with me. My hair is short, but still people call me attractive. I have to get up and run ten laps. Yeah, every day I need to work out. I’m happy with my life here, but... only few months are left until I can leave here. I’ll see my friends again and celebrate with them. I’ve missed them. I can’t wait for it!

„Kim Jaejoong! It’s your turn!“, the commander's shouting and pointing me to run the laps.

The commander has a bad temper all the time. He has a grumpy look on his face and his voice is high pitched all day long. I’ve never seen him in a good mood or even talk in a low volume. He shouts whenever he can. Once he also punched one of my military fellows. No one dares to talk against this dude. Man, he’s so scary.

I’m standing up and bending first, then starting to run. The commander's holding his timer in his hands. He always checks on our running-time. I’m breathing in and out calmly. It isn’t that difficult to run these laps, since we did hella lot of workout for our music videos and stages back then. In addition, I've built some damn hot muscles here. Ten minutes later, I’m done running. There is no time to rest! Next thing to do is pushups. 100 of them. This is a little bit hard for me, since I just finished that damn running. I’m out of breath! But I’d rather do my pushups than get scolded by the commander.

„Jung Yunho! You’ve seen your fellow running! Now it’s your turn!“, the commander's shouting again.

As I hear the name, I’m turning to that person. I see him. Yunho. The one who was my friend for so many years, until the three of us left Dong Bang Shin Ki. We had no more contact after that incident. And here he is, standing few meters away from me, not looking at me at all. I can’t help but stare at him. He still is beautiful and the same person as in my blurry memories. Suddenly I feel so sad and angry at the same time. My feelings are mixed up. I want to punch him first and then hug him tightly. So tight, like I never did before! My eyes are becoming all watery. A tear is dropping from my eye. Finally he's noticing my gaze.

Author's note: I am a Cassie, so I knew one day I would be writing a fanfic about DB5K. I am a YunJae supporter! I am using real events in this fanfic, so it seems a bit real, but afterall it is totally made up by me. I hope you guys like it and will support me.
