Description
The entire concept of the conference was cloaked with suspicion and yet the military forces still decided on attending.
Their suspicions fell into place as the incident occurred when the lights went out.
Whoever had planned it had planned it well.
Everyone could agree that the victim was not the best of men nor was he the nicest of them in his lifetime. However horrid he was, this was not a fate any of them wished on anyone.
