A sudden disappearance of someone close to you could take an emotional toll on you. It leaves a void in your heart, only to be hopefully filled one day by some other person, but it'll never feel the same ever again. Living without that someone is like living without actually living. Some may call this melodramatic, but you know you're the only one who feels like this. Everything that you see reminds you of them, and as much as you want to move on, you can't.
