What a wretched word. It makes one wonder about the boundaries that surround it, whether this or that tresspasses against the universal definition of platonic. Curiosity creeps from behind, slowly, and surely, suffocating them both. 

But he’s so hard to read, and it’s not fair how it’s so easy for him to read her.

Of course, they know the itch, the uncertainty, will all catch up with them. One day.
