What if in order to find your true self you had to step away from reality?

This is a story of two people trying to find out who they really are and what they want to be while wearing a mask that is their true selves and maybe, just maybe, fall in love.

Kim Jongin is tired of his life as an idol. Tired of all the restless nights. Tired of the   smiling in front of flashing cameras at 1 in the morning. Tired of flying back and forth from one country to another and performing even before his jetlag has resided. Tired of being told to act a certain way to please others.

 However that doesn’t mean he’s ungrateful. He loves his fans very much -all 32 million [and counting] of them (even if some of them may lean towards the obsessive side)- he knows he wouldn’t be where he was now without them. He loves dancing, it’s the one thing that he keeps close to his heart to prevent him from losing himself.

He just really hated the fact that he had to change who he was in public just for them to accept him. He started questioning himself if he really wanted to continue his overly manipulated life or just leave everything and run away. He knew he was going to break at any moment.

Until one day he decided to do something crazy.

Go to college.

Not as an idol.

But as Kim Jongin.

Jung Miyoung is tired of stupidity. Tired of immature fangirls skipping classes just to go to watch

their idols. Tired of them spending an infinite amountof money just to buy oil blotting paper with their favorite member’s face on the cover. Tired of people taking their education for granted.

However, that doesn’t mean she’s that boring girl who only focuses on her studies all the time. She knows about all the current trends, the hottest songs, and the newest groups (thanks to her best friend) but she doesn’t really dwell on them too much. She’s a fangirl too in her own little –and hidden- way.

She just really hated how the youth these days have messed up priorities. There is totally nothing wrong with idolizing others. She just thinks that there is a fine line between admiration and obsession and people these days think that it’s the same thing. But then again, since its something she can’t avoid she just decided to just let them be and stay away from anything.

Until one day she decided to bend the rules.

And let her father make her choose the school she will go to.

Not as the person she’s known to be.

But as the person she envisions herself to be.
