Straying from the suffocating smoke and cacophonous sounds of the usual city, Jinhae offering a cozy atmosphere and beautiful environment, housing the most abundant of cherryblossoms and having greener landscapes, not to mention its high-end structures, it is now one of the most sought-out suburban areas in South Korea. With it providing such grandiose lifestyle, it became the home of the most respectable and sophsticated people - or so it is believed. Of course, what else would anyone else look for? With a beach nearby,  mountain hills not too far out of reach, and the fancy commercialized areas in town, you have the best of both worlds.

If you want the good life, Jinhae is the place to be. Just be careful who you trust, darling. Because not everything is as perfect as it seems. Having such a close community such as Cherrywood Lane where everybody knows everybody - or at least the superficial side of them - it's only a matter of time before your dirty laundry is a news headline. So remember, keep your friends close, and invite your enemies for dinner.

Player Guide

These rules are meant to be followed, not neglected

I. General Rules

01. This is an OC roleplay, which means you're not to introduce yourself as an idol, and no one knows each other, unless plotted so. Please be creative in creating your character as well.
02. Any POV is allowed here! And I know that English is not everyone's first language, so it's much tolerated, but please try your best to be literate and try matching up to other roleplayers. Make yourself better! Limit text talk, use proper grammar, and the like.
03. All ualities allowed! Though I will have to close down certain apps if the situation requires it.
04. Only one account per person!
05. Please BE ACTIVE. Thrice a week of coming on would do!
06. No dating ban. We allow application for relationships, it's up to you how you play it out in here; it could be real, it could be fake for all we care. But for God's sake, we're not a matchmaking rp. Don't limit yourself to dating.
07. We encourage drama! But let's not get it out of hand. We STRICTLY forbid OOC drama.
08. Hiatus? Leaving? Changing characters? Please tell the admins first. If you're sec-checked, blocked, or disabled, please comment here in the AFF.
09. This would be a roleplay, and shall be kept in PM and/or in the group. Actually refrain from PM use altogether. Please warn everyone if a post contains trigger warnings as well.
10. Speak in English, please! No "Annyeong, xxx imnida!" But you may use honorifics such as unni, oppa, dongsaeng, and the like. Refrain from going on full conversations in a different language.
11. This is a closed RP, which means interaction will only be kept within the members of the RP. No outsiders allowed! The password is xoxo. Put it in the scandals part of your app.
12. When talking out of character, please use brackets or use the OOC group!
13. Only admins are allowed to create groups, as no one may also advertise another roleplay in here.
14. Basic roleplaying ettiquettes apply! Which means: no godmodding, no facechasing, lessen one-liners, don't isolate anyone, and cut back on self-inserts. And please, don't in private conversations (you know what those are) unless you're brought in it by the ones involved. Furthermore, if your muse isn't there, you didn't actually see it. So yeah, cheating? It could go "public", if you wish.

II. How To Join

01. SUBSCRIBE IS A MUST. Upvote is much appreciated, thank you!
02. Check the wishlist/masterlist for your desired idol! Also check the connection page for requests and the plot page if you're not sure of what muse to portray!
03. Check the form for the character app, review it well, and send your application.
04. You may reserve a faceclaim if you can't instantly work on your app. This only lasts for two days, while the reservation for your character will last three before it is opened up again.
05. Each of you will have a record of your app and this is how your profile would look like.
06. After submitting your app form, let us know by commenting on this thread.
07. When making your account, put  your your muse's social status as your alternate name.
08. Once you're done, add all the admins and join the groups. Then we'll promote you.
09. To request for your muse connections, review the connections application, and submit your form.
10. Once you're in, interact with everyone! Post character developments if you'd like. What ever makes you happy. Don't be shy!

Jinhae Cruise

In line with Jinhae’s 45th anniversary since it’s conception in the 1970, the local council has organized a five-day cruise, wherein the ship tickets are now heavily-discounted, and you can bet that all expenses such as food, drinks, suites, and other amenities on board are free and all covered by the council funds. All Jinhae residents interested in the cruise are invited aboard to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing sail, complete with evening parties, open bars, buffets, a huge swimming pool on deck, spa therapies and more! The cruise ship will depart Port of Jinhae on Saturday, July 18th, therefore all participating residents must obtain their ticket online and confirm their spot.
