Description

One day hyunseung wakes up to find plum blossom petals scattered across his pillow. (hanahaki disease verse!) 
 

Hanahaki byou (花吐き病)
A disease when someone coughs or vomits up flowers due to severe one-sided love. However the infection can be removed by surgery, successfully removing the flowers and the feelings, to fully recover the disease one's love must be fullfilled.
