*hyung - older brother

Prologue

"Sehun..." Baekhyun cooed as his soft blonde hair fell over his eyes.

Sehun gently moved his fingers to his twin's bangs, sliding it benevolently.

"Hyung," Baekhyun smiled. "I'll wait for you at the theater. Don't forget you promised me that you'll watch 'Parasite' with me after finishing your project!"

"Yes, I'll meet you there."

"Promise me again."

"I promise." Sehun smiled back to the younger twin and ruffled the latter's hair in awe of his new hair color. "I like this hair color, Baekhyun. It suits you so well." Baekhyun grinned, his cheeks flushing red at the compliment.

"Sehun hyung, you should dye your hair blonde too! It will be awesome!"

Their parents died in a car accident when they were only ten years old. A family relative took them in the family instead of bringing them to an orphanage, in the hopes of not separating the fraternal twins.

Sehun always acted like the oldest one albeit they were only a few minutes apart. He always protected Baekhyun as if he was his guardian angel or parent and Baekhyun always looked up on the elder because of that.

The twins managed to live happily despite not having their biological parents around.

Baekhyun would always say, "What is life without a little risk? At least we have each other!"

Sehun lived for his brother. He loved his brother so much.

But maybe, not as much as Baekhyun loved him.

More than a brother. 

If Sehun kept his promise, nothing bad could have happened. 

If only Sehun came on time, maybe he and Baekhyun could have watched the movie together.

If Sehun really loved him back, he shouldn't have forgotten.

One promise broken and Baekhyun was gone forever.

"Sehun!" Aunt exclaimed all of the sudden, fear was visible in her eyes and audible in her voice.

"What is it?"

"Baekhyun is..."

Sehun watched as tears escaped from her watery eyes. The words that broke out from were too absurd, that it took the older twin a long time to analyze what she just said. "The hospital called. They said Baekhyun was shot and...and then..." She continued with a sob. Sehun just stood frozen outside the door, the papers he was working on at school slipped from his hand and fell to the ground. He refused to believe what he just heard.

Sehun woke up with a jolt and bumped his head against the side window of the train. "Ouch," he grimaced while touching his aching forehead with his hand.

It's been six months since Baekhyun died, yet Sehun still couldn't get over him. The pain only weakened once when he found Baekhyun smiling at him while sitting on the opposite chair. Sehun's eyes were as wide as a bombshell.

"B-Baekhyun..."

The boy opposite him formed a small smile but only for a brief moment. Shortly, the boy looked out the window as he sheepishly combed his blonde locks with his fingers.

Sehun didn't know how to react. He didn't know what to say or what to feel exactly. Maybe he was hallucinating. Maybe he was still dreaming or maybe it was real.

"Hyung, didn't I tell you to dye your hair blonde yesterday?" The younger twin mumbled, but loud enough for the older one to hear.

No way. It's been six months already. Sehun mentally told himself as he desperately rubbed his eyes with his hand. Once he opened his eyes again, he couldn't be more disappointed at the empty chair in front of him.

The bell rang when the door opened, Sehun quickly fixed his gaze outside the screen. He thought he was going to have a room for himself, but another human being comes to barge in without notice.

"Ugh, I hate bells." The new passenger scoffed and closed the door behind him, looking over at the quiet mysterious man in a black coat sitting by the window.

Luhan blinked his eyes and stared in awe at Sehun's dark charcoal hair. He beamed and jumped onto the seat next to the man, disturbing the man's quietness.

"Ugh," Sehun groaned before meeting the boy's smiling dark hazel eyes.

"Hello there!" Luhan greeted the latter but received no response from him. Sehun was merely dazed by his golden blonde hair and dark hazel eyes shining bright. "What's wrong?" The blonde asked worriedly.

Note:

This story is just fiction and it's also based on my script story that I finished writing last January 2015. I was inspired to write this after watching a horror anime show called "Another" which I stopped watching at episode 4 (because I got scared, too scared). So yeah, there will be murders, ghost and blood here. This story isn't that scary though, it's more on love story (?) so smile. If it sounds similar to something else, then it's just pure coincidence.

First of all, I really like the trailer. It is very nice, I loved the first part with Baekhyun and Sehun the most. I would not say that this story is the best I have ever read, but it was quite refreshing for me personally.
