Description
A fictionalization of SHINee's music video, View. Your roommates plot to kidnap the SHINee members, and you are unwillingly made an accomplice. You know that you should really turn yourself in, but you find yourself mesmerized by them, drunk on the feeling of youth and being alive. You terrorize the town with them, hitchhiking, riding motorbikes, dancing on rooftops, and shotgunning too many beers. But you find yourself drawn to him, Choi Minho, completely taken in, like a moth to a flame. The whole situation is surreal, a fantasy come to life. And like all dreams, this one must come to an end...

Could it be that this wasn't just an effect of Stockholm Syndrome? Could it be that they actually wanted to be here?
You shudder at the consequences of your actions. At what will happen once you have to let them go. No legal system would be sympathetic towards the kidnappers of world famous idols. As the only responsible one, you should really call the cops now and turn yourselves in before you get into any worse trouble.
But then you remember the way Minho looked, grinning down at you in the pool, with droplets of water sliding down his smooth bare skin. You remember the way he felt in your arms, all sculpted muscle and broad shoulders—a feeling you couldn’t bear to let go yet.
“Just one night,” you reason with yourself under your breath, “Dear God, I’ve never done anything wrong my whole life until this moment. Please let me have just one night with this beautiful man,” you pray, clasping your hands tightly together.

Hi everyone. This is my first SHINee fanfiction, and my first time writing anything in second person or in present tense, so I'm very nervous. I'll probably be editing this in the new few days, since I wrote this all night, non-stop, after watching the gorgeous new mv for View, released yesterday. I have never been so inspired, but the mv was just so gut-wrenchingly beautiful that I couldn't help myself. I must have watched it about a hundred times already, and based this story directly off the mv.
During my first viewing of the mv, I was shocked by how similar the plot was to a Shawol's biggest wet dream: fangirls kidnap the members and they party together and have an amazing time (with some ytimes, as well). I only fictionalized the mv and focused on Minho's story. Minho isn't even my bias, but damn, that boy was so gorgeous with his blonde hair and muscular arms in that ridiculous tank top they dressed him in, that I couldn't resist hehe.
Many of the scenes in the story are taken directly from the mv, so I would recommend that you watch that first before reading!
