Tinder Description: Tinder is a location-based social discovery application that facilitates communication between mutually interested users. The application allows users to chat with their matches.

Compare/Contrast between YRP and Tinder: YRP took the idea of locating interesting people near you to meet up. However, YRP is a hook up based versus friend based. Also, modified to include status/picture updates and casual chatting similar to the style seen on Facebook/Instagram.

FAQ’s: (Subject to grow at any time)

• Are relationships allowed? Yes, but please read that section of the rules (Under the “Relationships” subtitle) because there is certain regulations to follow.
• What if I don’t want to use the app for hookups only?: That’s fine, you’re not going to be forced to do anything with anyone, you can use the app as you wish.
• Must I talk to everyone who joins?: Even if the character isn’t one you have a particular interest in, we strongly encourage you welcome them even if it is without the intention of hooking up.
• Will there be events?: Yes, the app will host events on the app and also to have people meet up face-to-face.
