IU's P.O.V

 His smile.

As soon as I knocked on the door and asked for the textbooks, he turned away from his friends and sat there smiling at me. I felt my blood rising to my cheeks. OMG. OMG.OMG!
I mentally yelled, “LEE JI EUN! CALM DOWN!” to myself and continued to stand there awkwardly, waiting for the teacher to find the textbooks that I was sent here for. Why was he staring at me and smiling like that? I quickly turned away.

After what felt like an eternity, I glanced at him again. He was still sitting there smiling at me. It wasn’t one of those creepy pedo smiles – it was more of a nice smile? But this made me feel so… well, uncomfortable. I hardly knew him. I silently prayed that the teacher would quickly find the textbooks so I could leave. I looked away and saw the teacher walk towards me with the stack of textbooks. As he came closer to the door, he glared at the guy that was still staring at me and shook his head.  

“SON DONGWOON! WHY ARE YOU JUST SITTING THERE? DO YOUR WORK! YOUR EXAMS ARE COMING UP SOON.”

“Yes Sir!” he replied, and quickly turned away, back to his work. As soon as the teacher walked past him, he turned back and smiled at me. Again. Oh God.

As soon as I had those textbooks in my arms, I squeaked out a thank you to the teacher and couldn’t get out of the class any quicker.  But as soon as I left, I realised I had the biggest smile on my face.
