It was a hellish life to her, having to do everything for them just because she wasn't like them. She practically lives with them though, and she has the same blood running through her veins. She even has the same face features: the hair, the height, the look– everything! Except for the fact that she was not special; she was powerless, and she hated that.

In a legendary world where people obtained powers and animal demons, she was the whimpering prey that everyone attacked and shredded. She is weak, small, thin and everything but powerful. She felt shameful to herself and to her family. The way they kept bullying her wasn't helping either.

Sora has no siblings. It was just her and her annoying cousin Yoora, the blonde beauty who had everything she desired: a curvy body, money, pretty looks, and even boys! Twelve hot and gorgeous boys treated her like a queen because she was the thirteenth one of their group… Yoora was, after all, the long-awaited child who would obtain the power of the last family.

Confused? Well, some think it’s a legend, but it’s true. Her cousin was the next beholder of the power, and she was very arrogant about it. When the beholder of the power reaches their eighteenth birthday, they will obtain the powers. 

All the families have already declared their beholder, except for the Lees. Everyone was waiting for Yoora's birthday, besides the stupid pathetic girl Lee Sora who would forever live without any power or demon. 

Oh the demons! The glorious animal of the power beholder! What an amazing thing people could wish to have! Every single person Sora knows has one. The demon represents one’s strength, and it gives one respect and a high position in the society. They can shift its shape all the time into any animal, but the animal must be within one’s strength limits.

It was during the day of Yoora's birthday that everything was reversed. The supposed-to-be beholder received the shock of her life when she realized that her powers were not coming to her.

So where did all the powers disappear to?
