Yuri 1/2
Description
Hi! This is just a short fanfic. I decided not to make this a full-length fanfic since I’ll be helping a friend work on another Yunri fanfic which I’m pretty excited about as well. To all Yunri fans out there, I hope you’ll support this. Ftw!!!! Hwaiting!
Characters:
Yuri was born in from a well-off family. She ran away from home because she wanted to pursue her dreams of being a dancer. Meanwhile, Yunho was a big-time star whose fate was tangled with Yuri a.k.a. Seobang.
Foreword
“Unnie! Come with me! Let’s run away together so you don’t have to be married to someone omma and appa just arranged for you,” Yuri tried to convince Boa as she dump some clothes in her backpack. “Aniyo. If I run away with you they might lose the business. Besides, losing you is too much already,” She helped Yuri packed toiletries in a pouch.
“Pffft… If I know, they’d be happy if I’m not around. Anyway, they don’t like a “tomboy” in the family. They wanted me to take up business in school… and then what, have me marry to someone I don’t even know and just be stuck as a housewife. Unnie, I don’t know how you keep up with them,” Yuri zipped her bag close and put it behind her. “Unnie, are you sure you wanted to stay in this hell?” Yuri hugged Boa. She’s not emotional with anybody except with her sister. “I’m sure. I’ll stay here to lighten their burden of losing you. Take care and don’t forget to call me once in a while. Araso?” she tearfully replied as she tried to hold back her tears. “Unnie, I promise I’ll be a great dancer. I’ll make you proud. I’ll make our parents accept and respect what I really wanted to do in life.” Yuri kissed her sister on the cheek and bid Boa goodbye in the midst of the night.
_____
Yuri closed the gate with a light sound of a click. She walked a few meters away from their house before looking back at it for the last time. "Omma, Appa, Unnie, mianhe. If I had to defy gravity so that I could dance, I will. Please learn to forgive me someday." Yuri wiped her tears with the back of her hand, running aimlessly away from a place she used to call home.
