Brothers, I will help you

One day I was passing by the music halls, thinking about Karen, wondering what life after death was really like that. Perhaps my dreams were some projections, what I wished would happen. But the white room was the same as in all my other dreams. There was no valid floor for my doubt to stand on. As I walked on, pondering, a sweet tune passed by my ears with crooning of words to soft to hear. Just like that day…

BANG! “ARGH! Will you stop singing off key?”

I looked to see one of the practice rooms lit.

“It’s not my fault you can’t play the accompaniment right!”

I opened the door. “Excuse me,” I said. Two young guys, underclassmen I thought, were sitting at the piano, looked up at me, startled. “I couldn’t help but hear your argument outside, thinking how out of place it was with the beautiful music you were creating. Perhaps, could you play what have you got so far, so I could hear it without the practice room’s sound proofing destroying its quality?”

The guy at the piano looked at me suspiciously. “Why are you so interested?”

The guy sitting next to him swatted his head. “Come on, Sungmin! Let him listen.”

Sungmin scowled. “And why, Micky, would I do that?”

“Because he may help us. Come on, man.”

Sungmin rolled his eyes but began to play.

After some chords and a moving line, they began to croon about a girl they wanted as their girlfriend. “Will you be my girlfriend,” they chorused with perfect harmony.

At the end, I shook my head. “I saw nothing wrong with that.”

Sungmin gave a sheepish grin. “I didn’t make any wrong notes this time.”

“Yeah,” Micky chimed in. “I managed to sing the right pitch and it was in harmony.”
“Well, you guys sounded great. Good luck with everything else that comes along your way.”

“Thanks!” They said, waving as I left the room. They started talking even before the door close.

“Isn’t that guy Jerome Kim, the soccer player?” Micky asked his deep voice distinct.

“Yup, though he also goes by Jongwoon. I wonder why he got that name. Jongwoon sounds better.”

“Probably because he didn’t want people messing it up. Can you see the teachers calling me Yoochun?”

“Yup.”

“Shut up man. Just because you didn’t change your name doesn’t mean that others can’t.”

I shook my head and smiled. Kids these days.

Hehe I hope you don’t mind Yoochun peeking in, it’s just that I remembered this really funny episode of EHB with TVXQ, and Yesung pointing at Yoochun going “This guy is my little brother!” ROFL did I mention Jongjin and Yoochun look A LOT alike? Also, I started watching Sungkyunkwan Scandal, so I just had a impulse to add him in there. ^_^ (Did I mention I LOVE how in Sungkyunkwan the main female character is actually NOT unrealistically stupid? I mean, sure she gets frightened a lot, and being trapped by guys with swords is sometimes dumb luck (though I guess she gets a lot of it for the need of money), but at least she fires back lots of wisdom and stuff. GO GIRL POWER. (Although, what is up with K-dramas about girls slapping the guys?) Sorry, it’s just that one of my classmates sent me a link to a Taiwanese drama that has her going off in random tidbits of Mandarin, but the dumbness of the main character turned me off. >.<  Well there goes my hopes of learning more Chinese with Chinese media. Although the one with Hangeng in it doesn’t seem too bad, I just felt the plot was way too much in the first episode. Someone please make drama recommendations or comment on the ones I’ve mentioned? (OH BTW my first k-drama was the Postman from Heaven. Hehehe Jaejoong XD I haven’t seen Protect the Boss though because after seeing the main character sing that Girl’s Day song, my face went DNW and my parents asked me what I was doing XD. Is Miss Ripley any good? Hmm.)

Note: I wrote this during Thanksgiving break, as you can see, b/c if I had that much time to continue watching dramas, I would probably be uploading on teh side XD Except school started again, so I can't -groan-
