Rania opened her eyes and saw blurriness before her. Her heart beat in her ears, she felt her right shoulder had been bumped out of her socket and lay limply on her  chest. Her left arm, outstretched in front of her, looked pale to her. She felt warm and felt strangely dettached from the scene. She tried to focus but she felt as if under water, unable to hear clearly, unable to see clearly, so she focused her attention on her left hand and she managed to move her fingers a bit.

She heard Taeyang shouting and other voices with his, most of them familiar and female. Some were frantic, others were crying, but she couldn't understand any of them. A sharp pain made her cry out and then TOP's face entered her vision as he grabbed her around the torso, pain shooting through her body from the sudden movement of her dislocated right shoulder, and when he let her down after dragging her some distance, he touched her shoulder and she cried out, again, squeezeing her eyes shut from the pain.

TOP looked up and shouted something in Korean and Rania heard heavy boots run over. In the flurry of movements and men in masks, TOP fell away from her, his intense eyes the last to disappear before Rania's world fell dark. 'No!' she screamed in her mind, 'Don't leave me!' A sharp pain shot through her and Rania felt her body arch in pain before relaxing in unconsciousness, the last words on her mind being, 'I love you.'
