CHAPTER 3

The night before Halloween…

Tiffany and Jessica’s apartment…

Tiffany was talking to her dad in her cellphone.

Dad: Where was it again you’re spending your Halloween?

Fany: In Sica’s beach house. Dad, this is the 10^th time I’m telling you this.

Dad: I’m just concern about you. You’re supposed to be here in California.

Fany: Dad, this is my last time spending Halloween without you, ok? Next year, I’m going there, ok?

Dad: Oh ok! Just be careful, ok?

Fany: Ok, dad. Bye. I love you.

Dad: I love you, too.

“Gosh! He’s so over protective.” Tiffany said to Jessica after her conversation to her father.

You better run, run, run, run, run…

Jessica’s cellphone is ringing.

Sica: Hello, mom!

Mom: Are you sure you’re not going with us in the beach for Halloween?

Sica: Ne. I’m going to spend the Halloween in Fany’s Vacation house.

Mom: Be careful and don’t forget to call us once you get there, araso?

Sica: Ne. Need to go now. Bye, love you.

Mom: Love you, too.

“Aigoo! I’m a big liar now.” Jessica said.

“Me too.” Tiffany said.

“But, you know what? Staying in an abandoned house gives me creeps. I hate dirty places.” Jessica said.

“I hate insects.” Tiffany said.

“I heard that it is haunted.” Jessica said.

“Aish! Don’t say that! I might break the rule # 1 if there is really a ghost.” Tiffany said.

“Yah! We can’t be getting out of the club. It is our chance to pass high school.” Jessica said.

“You’re right.” Tiffany said.

“Fany, we can do it. Fighting?” Jessica said.

“Fighting!” Tiffany said.

The next morning, the group sees each other at the front of their school.

“Yesung, why is Taemin with you?” Siwon asks.

“Mianhae. He keeps following us since this morning.” Yesung said.

“Yesung hyung, let me come with you. Where are you going, huh?” Taemin asks.

“Hey! We’re not going trick or treat, ok? We’re going for a ghost haunting so you better stay out of this.” Heechul said.

“I’m not a kid anymore.” Taemin said.

“Aish! Just do what I say, ok?” Heechul said, losing his temper.

Bom thinks of an idea. “Yah! Nerdy boy! If we say you can’t come, you can’t come, get it? You’re not belong here. Only cool students are the right to go with us, meaning all the members of our club.” Bom said. “If you keep following us, I will make sure that you’re not going to go to my school anymore.”

“That’s enough. Let’s go.” Taeyeon said.

They leave Taemin alone.

“Yah! You will regret it. I’ll make my revenge to all of you!” he shouted.

“Yeah, yeah! So long, nerdy!” CL said while walking away.

Seohyun just keep looking at Taemin while walking. She feels sorry to him.

“Seohyun, walk faster.” Kyuhyun said.

“A-Araso.” she said.

At the back of abandoned house.

“Why are we entering at the back?” Sunny asks.

“Do you want the neighbor to see us, you babo?” Heechul said.

“I’m just asking.” Sunny said.

“How did you know that there is a door here?” Kibum asks.

“Seohyun discovered it.” Dara said.

“You’re really smart, Seohyun.” Ryeowook said.

“Aniyo. I was just accidentally seen it when I was walking around outside of this house.” Seohyun said.

“Maybe this is the door to the kitchen.” Shindong said.

“Is it lock?” Yoona asks.

“Why don’t you try to open it so we know, you babo?” Heechul said.

“Stop saying babo, you asshole!” CL said.

“What did you said, bitch?” Heechul angrily said.

“You two, stop it! You’re fighting again.” Siwon said. The two shut their mouth but glaring at each other.

“So, who wants to open the door?” Taeyeon asks.

“Not me. It is dirty.” Jessica said.

“Anyone?” Taeyeon asks.

No one answers her.

She sighed. “Ok. Hankyung, open the door.” she said.

“Eh?! Why me?” he asks.

“You’re our chef and this is will be your kitchen. So, open it.” she said.

“Aish!” Hankyung said.

He walks in front of the door and he slowly opens the door. It is unlocked.

“Everyone, let’s go inside.” Taeyeon said.

“Are you sure there is no ghost in here?” Tiffany asks.

“It is 7:00 in the morning for god’s sake.” Hyoyeon said.

“Don’t worry, Fany. I’ll protect you.” Kang-In said and put his hand on Tiffany’s waist.

“Really, Kang-in? Thanks.” Tiffany said.

“You two, stop flirting. Let’s go find the living room.” Taeyeon said.

Hyoyeon was about to enter the kitchen when she stops.

“What’s wrong, hon?” Eunhyuk asks.

“I just felt something weird.” she said.

Eunhyuk hold her hand.

“Come on. It is just your imagination.” Eunhyuk said.

“Guys, let’s go!” Donghae called them.

“Let’s go?” Eunhyuk asks Hyoyeon.

Hyoyeon just nodded and walk with Eunhyuk.

She felt really weird. It feels like she already come in this house but she’s sure that it is her first time to see the house.
