A/N: I knew literally nothing about tattoos, but I did some extensive research read up on some stuff a bit so I tried at least to make it believable...I hope... I apologize in advance if I got the procedures wrong and awkwardly written (although the latter is inevitable)

I also read that apparently you have to be a licensed medical doctor to legally give tattoos in South Korea? Because it is an invasive procedure but imagine going through years of medical school to become a tattoo artist lol so for the sake of this fic let's just...pretend that particular rule doesn't exist....
