In a world where beauty means everything, Sooyoung is a slave to it. Caged in her white prison, she must endure years of pain, years of torture where she is bent under the will of the strange and beautiful people who have power. Often, she wonders why she is alive. What is her purpose in this world? She is not a person, after all. She is just an experimental subject. Another set of numbers on their charts.
But then he comes and treats her like a human being.

Credit goes to Kanon Wakeshima for the ever-so-memorable song, 'Still Doll'. It is not my favourite song, but it is beautiful and really does send chills down your spine. The story has been influenced by this song. Once again, I thank forgettheworld for being ceaselessly patient and supportive through the initial writing and editing stages of 'Still Doll'.
With formalities out of the way, I hope you, dear reader, will enjoy this story.

Jiaying, omg, why didn't I read this earlier? I'm really glad I started reading this today and.......fml......such a beautiful fic, I cannot even comprehend how awesome this is. I'm not the biggest shipper of ChangSoo but damn...I somehow can really picture this. The pain Sooyoung had before Changmin freed her, the pain after that when she had to leave him, oh gosh *blowsnoseintotissue*. I also like Yoona here, it isn't easy for her as well but she's really a good friend inside.
