Naeun is a member of the military's secret subdivision, NACSA (Neutralize and Counteract Special Abilities), which as its name suggests, performs operations to deal with situations involving people with special abilities. She was usually assigned relatively simple tasks until her superior decides to give Naeun her most difficult undertaking yet: the case of twenty-one year old Yoon Bomi, a (literally) hot-blooded Incendiary whose abilities seem much too dangerous for her fiery temperament. 

Will Naeun be able to help Bomi control her ability? Or will she fall victim to her own lack of self-control when she inadvertently develops feelings for her latest assignment?
