Saturdays were sort of like free days for the staff of Dulce Café. There weren’t many customers as majority of them are students whose schedules took up the weekdays opting to sleep away hangovers or to go out shopping. At these days, only Kyungsoo and Baekhyun worked, not much needing the help of additional staff.

Kyungsoo was half managing the counter and half reading a book on baked recipes while Baekhyun was half-heartedly wiping the empty tables clean. The café’s owner, an old man in his sixties, was inside his office who they were sure was taking a nap.

“Hey, aren’t you that guy who was surrounded by the TEB last night?” A random girl with short hair spoke a table across catching Baekhyun’s attention.

He looks at them with a confused look, not at all knowing what they were talking about. Thinking that the question wasn’t directed at him, even though the three girls were looking directly at him, he silently shrugs and returns to his previous work of wiping.

“Ummm… Baekhyun, right? So it was you right?” A girl with pink nail polish squints her eyes as she read his name tag, this time catching the waiter’s full attention.

“Uhh… huh?”

“T.E.B.?”

“…”

“Team E.B?”

“…”

“Team des élites Beaux?” The three girls say one after the other. Baekhyun raises his eyebrows then scrunches them afterwards at the last’s pronunciation.

Sensing the still absolutely clueless waiter, the girl with a curled ponytail takes it in herself to further explain.

“The group of handsome young men who all belong to elite families? Hence the name people gave them? The four guys that surrounded you last night by the food stall area?… do you not remember?” She looks at her friends “Are we mistaking him for someone else?”

“Pretty sure it’s him.” Pink-nails her head to the side looking at him questioningly as if not sure contrary to her statement.

At the memory rushing to his mind, Baekhyun lets out an unmanly squeak which startles the three girls in front of him and few other customers.

“THEY’RE T.E.B.?!” He screeches. “THE T.E.B.?!”

The girls can’t help but giggle at the cuteness the waiter was showing them, catching even Kyungsoo’s attention.

“You didn’t know? I thought it was general knowledge.” Short hair girl says with an amused tone.

Of course Baekhyun knew them, they were always talk of the school. No matter where he went, to whichever department he ended up in, the group’s name would always come up at least once. He still felt like snorting at the name given to them, why couldn’t they just give a full English name?
