Svelte is set in an alternate universe where monarchy still exists. In the country of Aeris, there are three kingdoms; Luxton, Erendale and calidus. You may apply as a prince/princess, a commoner or a slave of any kingdom you wish to be in. Aeris has a strange law regarding kings and queens in which they are not allowed to have children together. Therefore, all royals from the same kingdom are not siblings because they're adopted. Royals may own a maximum of two slaves but can't claim commoners. Commoners and slaves should have occupations unless a slave is owned. Relationships are not limited between the statuses, royals may be with commoners, slaves with royals, commoners with slaves, etc.
